2 tbs (30 ml) lemon juice
2 tbs (30 ml) chili sauce
2 tbs (30 ml) packed brown sugar
1-1/2 garlic cloves, minced (I used dried, 7 ml or 1/2 tbs)
1 tbs (15 ml) minced fresh parsley (dried)
1/2 tbs (7 ml) ginger
1/8 tbs (5 ml) cayenne pepper
1/8 tbs (5 ml) crushed red pepper flakes (optional, I did not use them in mine.)
In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, chili sauce, sugar, garlic, parsley and seasonings.
This is what is will look like mixed together.
Take your salmon flanks and place them into a baking dish.
Yum!
That is pretty cool. :) My wife loves salmon, and she enjoys a kick in her food every now and again. We'll have to try it!
