You will need:

2 boxes of crackers, any flavor.

2 blocks of cheese, any flavor

I found the flipsides cracker on sale. They are half pretzel / half cracker hybrid. 

Very good, I recommend them.

I chose Dalaran cheddar

and

Alterac Swiss.

Slice the Summer Sausage then in half again. 

Slice up the cheese

Put some crackers on a plate and Yum!
