1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1  cup milk

1 cup chopped cranberries
1 cup chopped, peeled apple
1/2 cup chopped raisins
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease muffin pans or  line with paper muffin liners.

  1. Looks delicious!! I always amp up packaged muffin mixes like this too, with cranberries and nuts! I have a recipe I need to share with you (and ready check readers?) for "Dwarven Beer Dip!"

  2. That sounds awesome, you had me at beer. Want to do a guest post? Dwarven Beer Dip could be an expansion idea.

  3. That looks really good eden, Thanks for sharing! =)

  4. I SERIOUSLY need to actually act on what I say and give one of your recipes a go! Look out.. I will!

Jamin, pick an easy one like frostberries or Mr. Bubbles Shockingly Delicious Ice Cream. Both are delicious and easy to make.
