3 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbs butter
Put water on to boil for the noodles.
Cook the bacon.
Remove bacon from pan and add onions. Cook to soften.
Cook onions till soft. Drain.
Return to pot. Put on medium heat and add butter, bacon, onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add eggs one at a time and stir until eggs are cooked. They won't be shiny anymore.
Remove from heat. add Parmesan cheese.
Toss and serve.
