You will need:
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic
1 onion
2 carrots
1/2 head of cabbage
2 tbs soy sauce
Melt butter in a wok or pan.
Saute ginger, garlic and onions.Add carrots.
Add chopped cabbage. Pile it high, it will cook down.
Cook until tender.
Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Serve with chicken or beef and rice.

This looks very interesting to try! I'm sure my kids would be like this dish because stir fry is one of their favorite food! I will create this one for them. Thanks for sharing!
