The Dark Lady's Dark Chocolate Cheesecake




TGF: Thank you for joining us today Lady Sylvanas.

TGF: Please tell my readers what your favorite recipe is.

LS: Chocolate Cheesecake.

TGF: Cheesecake, really?

LS: Chocolate cheesecake. I haven’t had it since my life. My people, the forsaken can eat but the taste is gone. We eat for the extra’s it gives us in battle.

TGF: Interesting. You remember what the chocolate cheesecake tasted like?

LS: Of Course, I do.

TGF: Lady Sylvanans, I’ve noticed several peculiar purple fires around Undercity. Rumor has it Lilian Voss is responsible and the forsaken would love to find her and recruit her. Can you shed any light on these rumors?

LS: Lilian, HAHAhahaHAha, Lilian is a sad worthless scourge. She clings too much to her past to be of any use to me.

TGF: Lady Sylvanas, I just have one more….

Suddenly the audience breaks into train noises.

TGF: This isn’t the auction house people, who put down the toy train?

LS: I know what you are INSINUTING and I am NOT on the crazy train as this Ziebart person suggests.

Lady Sylvanas storms off with a trail of fury behind her.

TGF: Here it is folks, The Dark Lady’s Dark Chocolate Cheesecake


For the crust you will need:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. (148 degrees C) 



1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups oreo cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar





Combine butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar; press on bottom of a pan.




For the filling you will need:

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract





Melt the 2 cups of chocolate chips in a double boiler.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. 




Gradually beat insweetened condensed milk until smooth. ( Don't have a can of sweetened condensed milk? See footnote at the bottom for a substitution.)


Add remaining ingredients; mix well. 




Pour into prepared pan.




Bake 65 minutes or until cake center is set. Cool to room temperature. 






Let it cool completely and it is pop right out of the pan. Drizzle a little chocolate syrup over it & you too will go CRAZY over this dessert. 






Sweetened Condensed Milk:



2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients and use as a substitute for sweetened condensed milk

    @jamin It is better the next day and very rich, just a little piece with give you a sugar rush.
