Toad in A Hole ~ Lord of the Rings

You will need:

2 slices of toast
2 eggs
2 tbs butter

Butter one side of the bread.
Use a cookie cutter (or a shot glass in my case) to cut out the center of the bread.

Grill bread until lightly toasted.

Crack egg into center of toast.
Don't worry if you break the yoke but try not to.

Cook until egg is cooked completely.
Lay slice of cheese on top if desired.

                                                                    Yum!
Serve.
With hash browns and bacon.

 I have a bad habit of setting towels and potholders on fire.
