Yum!
I love bears, they're delicious. I'm partial to brown bears though grey is a close second. Black bears are a bit too gamy for me. Especially the ones around Thalsamar, I think they are getting into the dwarves bad barely.
Fresh cut bear flanks. I use beef when bear is not available. Yum! From the butcher in Stormwind. Don't these look delicious?
I like how my baking mat actually says "Professional Baking Mat" That's right, that's makes me pro. :)
Pound the steaks for a few minutes. It tenderizes them. Season then with some onions, garlic and whatnot. Whatever you like the best. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
