Juicy Bear Burgers




 You will need to stop by your factions butcher for his fresh bear meat, one pound will do great. Make into 4-1 1/2 inch thick Juicy Bear Burgers.






Cook two at a time so they do not stick or crumble. 





Cook for 20-30 minutes in a covered skillet. Flip after 10 minutes.





Turn the stove top off and add a bit of Fine Aged Cheddar Cheese. Put the lid back on the pan for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
