I know you did the new quests out in Westfall. If you honestly haven't yet you must. They explain who the new bosses in Deadmines are and why. It is my favorite questline so far. While doing the quests you will make a Westfall Mud Pie for the quest "Feast of Famine". I can guarantee this one will taste better.
You will need.
2 cup (300 g) crushed oreos
1/2 cup (120 g) butter, softened
For the chocolate pie mix:
2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix (Or use this pudding mix recipe)
(Mix according to package directions for pie)
1 cup (150 g) mini chocolate chips
For the fluffyness that is the top:
1 (8 ounce) (230 g) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup (100 g) confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup (120 ml) cool whip
1 tbs (8 ml) cocoa powder
For the garnish:
1 bag of gummy worms (Just use a few, oh no! You'll have leftover candy. The shame.)
Combine softened butter and Oreos. Stir until ingredients are combined. Press into bottom pie plate or 9x13 inch pan.
Place pudding mix in a medium bowl and whisk in milk. Mix until smooth and stir in mini chips. Pour onto cookie crust. Garnish with a few worms.
Beat in confectioner's sugar and cocoa powder until mixture is smooth.
Then fold cool whip into cream cheese mixture.
Spread over pudding layer.
Add gummy worms to top of pie.
Chill before serving.
um...Yum?!
Serve chilled in the evenings and watch the ember gold of the fires in Sentinel Hill. Ahhhh, Summer.
I've also made my own version of a Westfall Mud pie and I grossed my 4 year old niece out (who has apparently never seen a gummy worm before!) :D
ReplyDeleteLOL, I made something similar. Called it "Dirt" and served it in small flower pots with artificial flowers in it. My nieces were poking at the crushed oreos on top convinced it was real dirt.
ReplyDeleteWoWwie! That does look gross! but I hope it doesn't taste bad! but the ingredients with oreos in it sounds delicious! hehe! <3
ReplyDeleteAmeerence, you silly. It's MUD pie. It's supposed to look gross! But it is delicious! <3
ReplyDeleteLooks kinda cool, Despite looking horrible at the same time lol! Iv done the quest myself (I loved it too!) and this seems like something that would be brilliant at a game night, May be making some myself!! Thanks! :D
ReplyDeleteMy family did stare at it at first. Once I said Oreos, it was gone.
