Yowvetch Custard Pie ~ Star Wars The Old Republic

 This is a thick, rich custard from the desert planet of Tatooine.

It tastes like butterscotch custard.

 You will need:

1 c packed light brown sugar

8 tbs flour

1/2 tsp salt

2 c milk

2 eggs

1 tbs butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

Follow the baking directions on the store bought pie crust.

Bake the pie crust for 10 minutes until it browns.

Combine brown sugar, flour, salt, milk and eggs. 

Heat over medium heat and stir continously until it thickens.

Remove from heat, and add butter or margarine and vanilla. 
Pour into cooked pie crust.

I cut out circles and placed them on top.
