You will need:
1 c milk
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp flavoring
( I used butter rum, pick your favorite.)
2 seal-able bags
Combine milk, sugar and flavoring.
Stir.
Check the bag for leaks by filling it with air, sealing it and applying pressure.
Pour milk into bag.
(I don't buy ziploc bags. I reuse bread bags. I try to save money and be green.)
Tie securely.
Add ice cubes and salt to the second bag,
The more ice cubes the better.
I happened to have rock salt but table salt will work just as good.
Place the ice cream bag inside the salt and ice cube bag.
Tie securely.
Wrap in a towel, it is very cold.
Now shake it gently for 10-20 minutes
Here is a video to watch while you shake.
