Cookie's Special Ramlette...Cookie, why?

I used 2 eggs but I cannot bring myself to use the left over chicken in the fridge. That would make this concoction a two generation omlette and I'm not ready to carry that burden on my shoulders.

You will need:
2 eggs
packet of Raman noodles (no seasoning packet)
a tab or two of butter

Your favorite omlette ingredients
I used:
green pepper
red pepper
onion
leftover beef
2 cheese slices

Dice up your ingredients, I used onions, red and green peppers, leftover beef.

Boil Raman noodles acording to package directions. Then drain. DO NOT ADD SEASONING PACKET!
Yeah, that is what will make this meal gross, the seasoning packet.

In a pan melt a tab of butter. Saute the onions, peppers and meat until tender.

Add 2 scrambles eggs and cooked noodles.

Heat until eggs are cooked thoroughly.

Remove from heat and add a slice of cheese on top. The residual heat will melt it beautifully.

This wasn't so bad. It wasn't so great either. When I first Google'd "Ramlette" I was appalled at what it was. What was Cookie thinking I asked myself.  Did he think up this (I hesitate to even call it a "recipe" ) during Brewfest? That would explain a lot.

I don't see this popping up on any restaurant breakfast menu's across the globe anytime soon. Enjoy! I await your responses with glee:)

  1. Try Alfredo Noodles, or Thin Sphaghetti, and use a little olive oil or vegetable oil when boiling the noodles, will taste better than the Raman (which most pasta does).

  2. Too true, It might be better with different noodles. Or just skip the noodles all together. :)
