Goblin Shortbread

Inexpensive to make & delicious. It does not surprise me that Goblins have made shortbread their own. Even the children from the slums in Orgrimmar can enjoy Goblin Shortbread . For this year's Children's Week, take a box of cookies over to the Cathedral District in Stormwind or the Drag in Orgrimmar.

You will need:

2 cups (480g) butter

1 cup (180g) packed brown sugar

4 cups (480g) all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C)

Cream butter and brown sugar. 

Add 4 cups (960 ml) flour. Mix well.

Drop by tablespoon into an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes.

I flipped one over so you can see how brown they should be on the bottom. The tops will be lightly browned, the camera doesn't pick it up very well. Watch them closely, too brown on top means burnt on the bottom.
