Red Hot Wings

You will need:

and also16 Chicken Wings (see below)

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
I took 16 chicken wings and cut then up, discarding the tip. That's the part of the wing with nothing on it. Line them in a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

For the glaze I used:
 1/2 cup (120 g) Butter
2 tbs (30 g) Chili Sauce
2 tbs (30 g) Honey Mustard
3 tbs (45 g) BBQ sauce (I used a honey BBQ)
1/4 tsp (3 g) Cayenne Pepper
Mix together, it will be thick like a dipping sauce.  Don't let the size intimidate you, they had some kick to them. Scale back the cayenne pepper if your not a fan of mouth numbing fire.

This is what the dipping sauce looks like all mixed together.

After the wings have baked for their allotted 30 minutes. Take each one and carefully dip into the sauce to cover completely. The wings will be hot so please be careful.

Do not pour the remaining sauce over the wings. Give them another dip if you have quite a bit left but don't pour it over. You want the seasoning to set & not be wet.

Serve piping hot! These babies are red in color and red in flavor. I had mine with a few carrots and ranch dressing to cool down the delivery. Yum!
