Pineapple Sundae's, The Twisted Nether and Nat Pagle.

Listen to my interview on Twisted Nether Blogcast.
Where I talk about food, raiding and my loathing of Nat Pagle.
Make yourself my favorite ice cream sundae and enjoy!
This pineapple/ginger snap sundae will now be known as:
 The Twisted Nether Sundae

You will need:
4-5 Ginger snap cookies (crushed)
2 Pineapple rings (grilled)
I don't have a grill so I browned the pineapple in a pan on the stove.
You want to heat it long enough for it to start to brown and caramelize, about 3 minutes.

Place crushed cooking in a sundae dish.
Scoop vanilla ice cream on top.
Place warm caramelized pineapple in top.
Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry if desired.

Yum!

Herb Baked Egg

This recipe is one of the first recipes you get as a new cook. No more boring breakfasts around Ironforge anymore. The dwarves will line up outside bars to get this. (Of course they eat breakfast in bars. Where else would they wake up?)

You will need:

muffin pan
1 egg for each person you are cooking for
1 slice of bread for each person
1 thinly slice of ham or bacon for each person (I cubed up some ham)
butter
shredded cheese
basil

Grease each muffin section with butter or a spray.

Cut each piece of bread into a square and butter it. Make sure the corners point up.
Put each piece of bread into the muffin pan. It will act like a pocket.

It is OK if some of the egg is touching the pan, if you greased it well, it will come right off.

Lay the ham on top of the butter bread.

Crack egg and place on ham. Sprinkle some basil on too and a bit of cheese.

Bake until eggs are set to your liking. Average time is 15 minutes. Give the pan a slight shake, if there is jiggle. Then the egg is no set and will run when you cut it.
